Term Share Certificate Accounts (CDs) offer a wide variety of options for almost every investment need. Dividends are keyed to current market conditions, and generally, these rates are higher than those for Regular Share (Savings) Accounts. The rate assigned at the time of purchase will remain fixed until your certificate matures.
Your deposits are federally insured through the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) in the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF). The fund is backed with the full faith and credit of the United States Government up to $250,000 per member account. The NCUSIF is one of the most strongly capitalized funds in the country and is funded only by credit unions for credit unions.
